Rose quartz

Rose quartz, here in the form of polished stones, is a mineral prized for its soft pink hue, attributed to traces of titanium, iron, or manganese. This quartz is often mined in South Africa, Brazil, India, and Madagascar. Used since antiquity, notably by the Assyrians around 800-600 BCE and later by the Romans in jewelry, this mineral is appreciated for its natural beauty and delicacy. The most intensely colored varieties, such as those presented, are frequently used in jewelry or as decorative elements.
