Mahogany obsidian

Mahogany Obsidian, also known as Mahogany Obsidian, is a natural obsidian variety characterized by its reddish-brown inclusions and hues reminiscent of mahogany wood. This glassy volcanic rock forms during the rapid cooling of lava without crystallization. Obsidian was widely used by ancient civilizations for making sharp tools and ornaments. The main deposits are found primarily in America, particularly in Mexico and the United States.
