Citrine

Citrine is a variety of quartz whose color can range from pale yellow to a more intense orange-brown. The yellow color of citrine usually comes from traces of iron. It can be found mainly in Brazil, as well as in regions such as France, Madagascar, and the United States. Historically, citrine was highly prized for adorning jewelry and decorative tools as early as antiquity, particularly among the Romans.
