Tiger's Eye

Tiger's Eye is a stone with shimmering reflections ranging from golden to brown, a characteristic due to its fibrous crocidolite structure, which is partly silicified. Typically observed for its brilliance reminiscent of a tiger's eye, this mineral belongs to the quartzite family. Tiger's Eye is mainly mined in South Africa, but can also be found in Australia, India, and the United States. Used since antiquity, it was worn as a talisman against evil spirits.
