Rose quartz elephant

This elephant is carved from rose quartz, a mineral known for its soft pink hue attributed to traces of titanium, iron, or manganese. Rose quartz is primarily mined in Brazil, but also in India, South Africa, and Madagascar. Valued since antiquity, particularly by the Assyrians around 700 BC, it has always been used in crafts for making decorative objects and ornaments. Its delicate natural color adds a touch of visual softness to all mineral collections and more.
