Description

Caramel ammonite is a fossilized variety of cephalopod mollusks. These fossils, dating mainly from the Jurassic to the end of the Cretaceous period (between 200 and 66 million years ago), have been polished to reveal their captivating spiral patterns and colors, which range from beige to chocolate brown. Originating from ancient seas, these ammonites are often found in areas now far from the ocean, bearing witness to the geological changes that have occurred over time.
