Pink chalcedony

Pink chalcedony, presented here as tumbled stones, is a variety of microcrystalline quartz. This mineral is prized for its soft pink hue, which can range from very pale to medium saturated. Historically, chalcedony was used in art and decoration as early as antiquity by civilizations such as the Egyptians and Romans. It is primarily mined in Turkey, India, and the United States.
